• My cordless phone doesn't work ...

• Bring your complete cordless phone (the base, the adapter and the phone) to us and we will do a free 5-minutes estimate. No purchase necessary.

Q:

• I don't know what battery I need...

A:

• That's not a problem: Show us your device (watch, cordless phone, remote controller...) and will tell you what battery you need and what are the prices for possible replacements. No purchase necessary.

Q:

• Recently I bought a new battery and my device still doesn't work (or doesn't work properly).

A:

• Please bring your device to us. If we find that the battery causes the problem - we will give you another battery free of charge.
